Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

We work hard to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible so you can receive your Marcavoletti order without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day.

• All other orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• United States: Domestic orders are not subject to import duties.

• United Kingdom & EU: Duties and VAT may be collected at checkout if the shipment is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), or upon delivery if shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

• Australia & New Zealand: GST may be collected at checkout or by customs, depending on the order value and applicable local regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active and display the latest updates.

Delivery Issues

• Marcavoletti is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

• Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us may be subject to additional re-shipping fees.
